Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and photorealistic interior & exterior 3D visualizations
• Develop accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and design concepts
• Produce realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environments
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into compelling visuals
• Revise and refine visualizations based on design development and feedback
• Maintain visualization quality while meeting project deadlines

Software Skills

Candidates should have strong proficiency in one or more of the following:

• SketchUp
• D5 Render
• Lumion
• Enscape
• V-Ray
• Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of additional architectural visualization software will be considered an advantage.
