• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

MBA/PGD in Marketing/Business Development will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop new business opportunities for Solar PV, Rooftop Solar, Hybrid Solar and BESS solutions.

• Identify and approach industrial, commercial and institutional customers.

• Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical discussions.

• Develop relationships with factory owners, management, plant heads, consultants and decision makers.

• Generate leads, follow up opportunities and achieve sales targets.

• Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals and quotations.

• Negotiate with customers and support order closing.

2. Technical & Engineering

• Conduct solar site surveys and preliminary feasibility assessments.

• Analyze customer electricity consumption, load profile and energy requirements.

• Prepare Solar PV system sizing, BOM/BOQ and preliminary costing.

• Prepare Solar Layout, SLD and technical documentation.

• Work with AutoCAD for solar system design.

• Provide technical support for Solar Inverter, PV Module, AC/DC protection, DB/Panel, Earthing and related systems.

3. Project & Service

• Coordinate with the project/engineering team for installation and commissioning.

• Support testing, commissioning and customer handover.

• Troubleshoot solar inverter, monitoring system and electrical problems.

• Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance and after-sales service.

• Prepare service, site survey and project reports.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional business opportunities.

Sales Incentive
