Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotations.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide commercial support.
Manage engineering and technical documents in an organized manner.
Maintain engineering team work records and prepare reports for management.
Coordinate project documentation and support day-to-day operational activities.
Assist the Head of Technical & Operations in managing technical operations.
Communicate with customers regarding payment collection and recovery.
Perform other commercial and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
