• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Diploma in Mechanical

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 23 to 30 years
• Only Male

• 2-5 years of workshop/fabrication experience

• Hands-on experience in welding, grinding, drilling & cutting

• Able to read engineering drawings

• Willing to work at sites across Bangladesh

• Hardworking, responsible & physically fit

• Immediate joining preferred

• Perform workshop operations & complete daily assigned jobs.

• Operate Laser Cutting Machine.

• Perform all types of mechanical fitting, fabrication, and assembly work.

• Fabricate electrical panels, control panel enclosures, and steel structures.

• Perform pipeline fabrication, installation, and fittings.

• Fabricate and install cable trays and support structures.

• Perform and supervise welding, grinding, drilling, cutting, and other fabrication activities.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to execute work accurately.

• Carry out site installation, erection, and commissioning activities.

• Ensure quality workmanship, workplace safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Properly use and maintain workshop tools, machines, and equipment.

• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Train, guide, and supervise technicians and helpers to achieve project targets.
