Experience in Building Construction (RCC & Pre-fabricated Steel Structure) & finishing works
Responsibilities & Context:
To study drawing on regular basis.
Estimate BOQ and carry out Budgeting.
Daily work planning
Will sit with construction team and allocate the work on day to day basis.
Have to supervise daily work & ensure the quality of work as per drawing & design.
To prepare contractor bill and other related bills
Quality of materials must be checked before use.
Maintaining material requisition regularly based on proper calculations of drawing.
Must control wastage & pilferage of construction materials.
Work should be carried out as per (predefined) preset work schedule.
Should be capable of handling the project and supervise civil, electrical, sanitary and plumbing works etc independently.
Regularly report work update to line management.
