Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any subject with an excellent academic background from any recognized university.
∎ B. Ed / M. Ed / English Medium background will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing class routine, syllabus and academic curriculum of the institution.
∎ Providing academic and administrative support to the management.
∎ Organizing, supervising and monitoring teacher's training.
∎ Supervising other subordinate colleagues and outlining their activities.
∎ Developing teaching materials and academic calendar.
∎ Maintaining overall discipline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have minimum 10 years teaching and administrative experience and a good track record of working in any reputed English Medium School.
∎ Working experience as Vice Principal / Principal in any reputed English Medium School will be given priority.
∎ Candidate should be computer literate with excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Candidate should have good knowledge of English Medium Curriculum up to A Level and capable of maintaining liaison with British Council.
∎ Candidate should be capable of organizing workshops for teachers' training.

Salary: Negotiable
