Experience:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Electronics Lab, Industrial Automation, PLC, VFD, Control Systems, and Electrical/Electronic Equipment.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electronic laboratory operations and industrial automation systems.
• Practical expertise in PLC, VFD, control systems, and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration.
• Ability to coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients.
• Capability to prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
• Ability to supervise technicians and junior engineers.
• Commitment to safety standards and company procedures.

Job Context:

The Assistant Manager (Technical –Electronic Lab/Automation) will be responsible for managing electronic laboratory operations and industrial automation systems. The role involves ensuring the smooth installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of PLC, VFD, control systems, and electrical/electronic equipment.

The position will also coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients to deliver reliable technical solutions and minimize equipment downtime.

Job Location: Field Service / Customer Sites / Company Office.

Key Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage electronic laboratory activities and automation systems.
• Circuit Board,Inverter cards, Controls cards, servo drives, HMI/Display repair and Must have proper expertise on Lab tools & also the programming tools.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PLC, VFD, control systems, and electrical/electronic equipment.
• Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs, control panels, and automation solutions.
• Ensure proper testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of laboratory and industrial equipment.
• Identify technical faults and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Guide and supervise technicians and junior engineers in technical operations.
