Sales Executive (Vacancy: 50)

Assistant Manager - Sales (Vacancy: 5)

Job Location: Dhaka Office, or Remote (Work from Home)

Project Location: Jahajpura, Marine Drive, Cox’s Bazar

Work Mode: Full-Time | Part-Time | Work From Home (Flexible options available)

Candidate Requirements

For Sales Executive (Open to All):

Education: Undergraduates (currently studying) or Graduates from any discipline.

Experience: 0 to 2 years. Freshers and students are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills: Strong communication skills, eager to learn the art of resort share sales, and target-oriented.

For Assistant Manager - Sales:

Education: Graduation from any reputed university.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in real estate or resort/hotel share sales.

Skills: Proven leadership in handling sales teams, expert-level client management, and a strong track record of closing share-based property deals and achieving business targets.

Common Requirements for All Applicants:

Expertise or strong interest in selling shares of luxury resorts and hotels.

Self-motivated, dynamic, and fiercely result-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet assigned sales deadlines.
