Job Summary
The Manager, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's brand, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives. The role requires expertise in both traditional and digital marketing, brand management, market research, customer engagement, and campaign execution within the competitive real estate industry. The incumbent will work closely with the sales team and external agencies to maximize project visibility and achieve business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms.
Manage advertising, branding, promotional materials, and corporate communications.
Organize property launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Work closely with the Sales team to support lead generation and business growth.
Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
