Experience Requirements
3–7 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
Must have practical experience in both Land Share Sales and Flat Sales.
Candidates with a proven record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.

Good height and confident body language will be preferred.
Fluent spoken English is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to deal professionally with high-profile clients.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate and follow up with potential clients and investors.
Sell land shares and residential flats.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct property presentations and explain project details to prospective buyers.
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closing.
Arrange and conduct client meetings and property visits.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare sales reports and update management on sales progress.
Contribute to achieving overall sales and revenue targets.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: BDT 25,000 – 75,000/month
Other benefits as per company policy.
