Responsibilities & Context:
🔹 কোম্পানির বিভিন্ন Project, Product & Share Ownership সম্পর্কে সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
🔹 নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট তৈরি করা এবং বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে Lead Generation করা।
🔹 নিয়মিত Client Follow-up, Calling, Meeting & Presentation পরিচালনা করা।
🔹 ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন ও বাজেট বুঝে উপযুক্ত Sales Proposal প্রদান করা।
🔹 সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে কার্যকর Communication & Negotiation করে Sales Conversion নিশ্চিত করা।
🔹 নির্ধারিত Monthly & Yearly Sales Target অর্জনে কাজ করা।
🔹 নিয়মিত Sales Report, Client Information এবং Follow-up Status সংরক্ষণ ও ম্যানেজমেন্টকে রিপোর্ট করা।
🔹 কোম্পানির Sales & Marketing Campaign, Promotional Activities এবং Client Events-এ সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করা।
🔹 বিদ্যমান ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রেখে Customer Retention & Referral বৃদ্ধি করা।
🔹 বাজারের পরিস্থিতি, প্রতিযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান ও সম্ভাব্য ক্লায়েন্ট সম্পর্কে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে Marketing Strategy উন্নয়নে সহযোগিতা করা।
🔹 Senior Executive ও Assistant Manager পর্যায়ে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Team Member-দের কাজের সমন্বয়, Monitoring এবং Target Achievement-এ নেতৃত্ব প্রদান করা।
🔹 কোম্পানির নীতিমালা ও Professional Standards অনুসরণ করে সর্বোচ্চ Customer Satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা।
