• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in land and property sales.

• Additional qualifications in Sales Management or Real Estate Management will be considered an advantage.

• Proven experience in leading sales teams within reputed land development or real estate companies.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value sales negotiations.

• Candidates with prior experience in the land sales sector, particularly in Purbachal or similar land development projects, will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company`s business and revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned land and property sales targets.

• Take overall responsibility for achieving individual and team sales goals.

• Negotiate and close high-value land and property sales deals independently.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders.
