• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in toiletries and home care product sales and distribution management (e.g., detergent powders, dishwashing liquids, soaps, cleaners products).

• Category Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the competitive landscape of home care brands in Bangladesh, pricing structures, and dealer commission margins.

• Existing Network: Must possess an established and active existing network within the dealer, retailer, and distribution sectors, specifically with regional toiletries/grocery wholesalers and general store owners.

• Networking & Communication: Strong ability to persuade vendors/dealers, along with smart presentation skills and negotiation capability.

• Personal Traits: Energetic, hard-working, physically fit, and having a positive mindset for field operations.

• Technical Requirement: Must possess an Android smartphone suitable for using official mobile applications.

Maple & Mahrus Essentials Limited is looking for qualified, dynamic, and skilled individuals for its Marketing Department with an attractive salary package. Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Reporting: Persuade and convince retailers and dealers of home care and toiletries products to share accurate sales volumes, inventory data, and market information, regularly updating data using the official mobile application.

Field Execution: Maintain an active presence in assigned field territories to ensure operational goals, secondary sales targets, retail visibility, and distribution coverage are fully met.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Search, identify, and map potential wholesale and retail markets for home care products (detergent powder, dish wash liquid, and dish wash bar). Pitch product benefits, profit margins, and supply terms directly to prospective dealers and distributors to convert leads into active company accounts.

Network Expansion: Proactively utilize and leverage existing industry networks and personal contacts within the local toiletries, cosmetics, or household cleaning supplies market to widen brand footprint, appoint sub-dealers, and optimize distribution channels.

Trade Marketing Support: Implement local trade marketing campaigns, promotional schemes, and consumer offers while ensuring point-of-sale (POS) materials and branding displays are effectively placed.

• Salary: BDT 30,000 – BDT 40,000 (Monthly, Negotiable)
