Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute marketing strategies.
Generate new leads and communicate with potential customers to promote company services.
Create and publish attractive promotional content on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
Prepare creative posts, stories, reels thumbnails, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Respond to customer inquiries through social media, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain proper lead/customer records.
Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities and promotional ideas.
Prepare regular marketing activity and campaign performance reports.
