Responsibilities & Context:

· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets by following effective sales and customer service strategies.

·  Find new customers and generate sales leads through networking, phone calls, referrals, and market visits.

·  Understand customer needs, preferences, budgets and recommend the most suitable vehicle models.

·  Explain vehicle features, benefits, prices, and offers clearly to customers.

·  Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for potential customers.

·  Follow up with potential customers regularly and convert leads into confirmed bookings and sales.

·  Negotiate prices and sales terms professionally and close deals successfully.

·  Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.

·  Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails, social media and face-to-face meetings.

·  Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth sales experience.

·  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates to the Sales Manager.

·  Coordinate with Finance, Service, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.

·  Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

·  Maintain accurate customer and sales records and ensure timely follow-up after sales.
