Job Context

Green Architect is an Architectural Consultancy Firm looking for  energetic, smart and result-oriented Marketing Officers for its Dhaka operations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, corporate marketing, project promotion and generating leads for architectural consultancy, interior design, construction and related services.

Candidates who have previous experience in Real Estate, Architectural Consultancy, Interior Design, Construction or related corporate marketing will get preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property owners, developers, real estate companies and other potential clients.

• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities for architectural consultancy services.

• Conduct corporate marketing and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

• Visit corporate offices, real estate companies, developers and project sites when required.

• Present Green Architect's services and project portfolios to prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.

• Collect market information and monitor competitors' activities.

• Identify new market opportunities for architectural design, interior design, construction and consultancy services.

• Participate in corporate events, exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
