• Age 28 to 35 years

• Experience in similar pharmaceuticals industries preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle B2B and institutional clients.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

Manager, Marketing Sales will be responsible for Developing new clients, planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and sales activities for Printed Aluminum Foil Manufacturing Business with Pharmaceutical.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Industrial Marketing

• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.

• Promote aluminum/packaging foil products to industrial and corporate clients (FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, and packaging companies).

• Develop and maintain relationships with buyers.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.

• Probation period: 3 months.

• Monthly gross salary around: Tk. 35,000 (depending on VIVA).

• Two annual festival bonuses.

• Each festival bonus will be 60% of the gross salary.

• Lunch allowance will be given by the company.

• Mobile phone allowance will be given by the company.

• The weekly holiday will be on Friday.

• Yearly salary will be reviewed based on performance, dedication, and behavior.
