1.     Develop and execute Coffee Beans sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets for roasted coffee beans.

2.     Identify and acquire new Coffee Beans customers including cafés, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, bakeries, corporate clients and other HORECA accounts.

3.     Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s coffee bean customer base.

4.     Build and maintain strong relationships with

5.     clients and ensure regular follow-up for repeat orders and business growth.

6.     Conduct product presentations, coffee sampling and sales demonstrations to introduce roasted coffee beans to potential customers.

7.     Understand customers’ coffee requirements and recommend suitable coffee beans, roast profiles and products according to their needs.

8.     Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer preferences and market trends and provide regular feedback to management.

9.     Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments to ensure smooth sales operations and timely collection.

10. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales & market reports for management review.

11. Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase market penetration, brand visibility and overall roasted coffee bean sales.
