We are looking for a dynamic “Asst. Manager (HORECA & B2B Sales)” to develop business relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients for internationally renowned premium brands including MONIN, IREKS, PreGel, TASTO, SABATINO, KULA, ROCKET Espresso Coffee Machines, along with other café, bakery, and restaurant equipment.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with HORECA clients, corporate customers, and B2B partners.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through direct sales, client acquisition, and market expansion activities.
Identify new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, corporate offices, and institutional sectors.
Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and business meetings to promote company products and services.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and forecast business opportunities for management review.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with existing customers.
Participate in trade fairs, promotional campaigns, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
