We are seeking young and dynamic individuals to join Beans N Berries; serving cafés, restaurants and hotels (HORECA) with our premium product range including MONIN Syrup, IREKS, PreGel, Kula Juice, Molisana Pasta, Sabroso Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Truffle products and more.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic Marketing & sales plans targeting café, restaurant and hotel (HORECA) segments to drive growth of premium product lines.
Identify, approach and secure new B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, hotels) and expand the company’s client base within the HORECA market.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing & new clients; understand their needs and provide value-added solutions, upsell/cross-sell premium offerings.
Lead and coordinate the sales process — from lead generation, client meetings, product presentation/demos, negotiation, contract closure through to order fulfilment.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure alignment of sales activities, promotions, pricing strategy, product launches and client service.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the HORECA segment to identify trends, new opportunities, potential risks and refine sales approach accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client visits, pipeline status, forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
Develop and budget for promotional activities, trade events, product launches, sampling or on-site client visits tailored for HORECA clients, and ensure effective execution.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows or client site visits; deliver compelling product presentations and trainings to clients and sales team as needed.
