• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

1. Achieve monthly sales target as per the company plan.

2. Prepare territory wise sales plan and propose relevant trade activities in line with sales forecast.

3. Visit all retailers regular basis to maintain close relationships, develop new customers and ensure products availability and POSM visibility weekly & monthly.

4. Appoint, Train & Monitor the distributor in terms of sales & collection.

5. Maintain sales activity records & reports and send it to head Office.

6. Preparing market report and suggesting action plan based on competitors activity

7. Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.

8. Follow and Implement the planned disciplined selling approach and distribution activities of FFL’s brands in a particular area & play a pivotal role and achieve sales target in designated distributing area.

9. Assisting area in-charge in development & execution of area sales plan

10. Monitoring, supervising & training distributor's field forces sales force in a regular basis to boost up sales.
