- Experience in Consumer Electronics Industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Understand and Support of Raw material warehouse Operations, Policies & procedures.
- Pro-3M, 3R Activity and 5S management to keep clean & safe work environment.
- Planning & allocating of CKD Material for respective place to facilitate the offloading.
- Monitoring and Supervision of container off loading and maintain the Container Inspection report [Stuffing condition, transit Damages].
- Overseeing the issuance of material to production line physically as well as in ERP as per the plan & getting feedback From line supervisor for any discrepancy.
- Overseeing the receipt of finished goods from production line both physically & ERP & transfer of same to warehouse.Timely delivery of material for Production Line. Stock Monitoring Activity, Physical and System Stock.
- Approval of GRN/Shortage/Excess based upon the preparation by the Senior supervisor/EDP operator. Interacting with superior for production plan & communicate the same to Material supervisors.
- Reconciliation the material based on supervisory report & verifying with the packing list.
- Perpetual audit report to be submitted in coordination with accountant to factory head on Quarter basis.
