  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP systems.     

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare all sorts of documents including L/C opening documents, LC amendment, Shipping docs retirement, B/E submission, liaison with Bank for commercial correspondence.

  • Check & follow up with customs & CNF Agent for keeping in line with Govt. rules & regulation to pay actual customs duties & taxes at the time of goods releasing.

  • Execute commercial correspondence related to Foreign Supplier, customs, shipping line, freight forwarder C&F Agent accordingly.

  • Prepare all documents (Agenda, Meeting minutes) for Purchase Committee-1 & Purchase Committee-2 meeting.

  • Execute local procurement activities in accordance with approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and company procurement policies.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for materials, products, and services.

  • Obtain and analyze competitive quotations and prepare Comparative Statements (CS) for management approval.

  • Conduct price and commercial negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement and favorable terms.

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for delivery.

  • Coordinate with user departments, Stores, Finance, Planning, and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.

  • Monitor supplier performance with respect to quality, delivery timelines, pricing, and responsiveness.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, quotations, POs, and related documentation.

  • Support vendor development and identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval procedures, and internal controls.
