• Age 28 to 40 years

• Relevant experience in local procurement and raw material purchasing (Furniture / Manufacturing / Industrial sector preferred).

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of local raw material markets and vendor networks.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with ERP/procurement software.

• Identify, evaluate, and establish reliable local vendors and suppliers for raw materials and factory consumables.

• Handle end-to-end local purchase operations, including requisition processing, RFQ generation, price negotiation, and purchase order (PO) issuance.

• Monitor local market trends, price fluctuations, and availability of raw materials to secure the best commercial terms.

• Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Store teams to ensure delivered raw materials conform to company specifications and timelines.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate payment terms, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
