Experience:
4–6 years of relevant experience in MRO Warehouse, Engineering Store, Maintenance Store, Inventory, or Supply Chain functions within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Experience in mechanical and electrical MRO inventory management will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in industrial/manufacturing companies will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of MRO inventory and warehouse operations.
Good working knowledge of ERP-based inventory management and warehouse documentation.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including inventory reporting, reconciliation, stock analysis, and MIS preparation.
Knowledge of PR, PO, GRN, Material Issue/Return, stock reconciliation, and inventory control processes.
Manage day-to-day operations of the MRO Warehouse/Store, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, return, and proper documentation of materials.
Maintain inventory of mechanical, electrical, maintenance, engineering, safety, utility, and operational MRO items.
Prepare and maintain MRO inventory reports, stock status reports, diesel inventory and consumption reports, and other warehouse-related MIS using MS Excel.
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue/Return documents, and related transactions through the ERP system.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of ERP inventory records, physical stock registers, bin cards, and supporting documents.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
Ensure all material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns are supported by proper authorization and documentation.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels, reorder requirements, critical items, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and prepare reports accordingly.
Coordinate with Planning, Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance & Accounts (F&A), and other relevant departments regarding material requirements and inventory-related matters.
Ensure proper material identification, coding, labeling, bin location, storage, preservation, and housekeeping within the warehouse.
Monitor diesel receiving, storage, issuance, and consumption records and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of MRO materials in accordance with company procedures and applicable safety requirements.
Support periodic internal/external stock audits by providing inventory records, documents, and physical stock information.
Maintain proper filing and traceability of warehouse documents, including PR, PO/GRN, issue/return notes, stock reports, and other relevant records.
Identify inventory control gaps and recommend measures to improve stock accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and material availability.
Perform any other warehouse, inventory, and MRO-related duties assigned by management.
