Ultimate Organic Life Limited, a concern of JK Lifestyle Limited is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain function, covering strategic sourcing, procurement, import and local purchasing, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, logistics, and supplier relationship management.

Job Description:

• Leads sourcing of raw materials, finished goods and packaging across all product categories of Ultimate Organic Life Limited's quality and cost standards.

• Identifies, evaluates and onboards new local and international suppliers/vendors, maintaining an approved vendor database for Ultimate Organic Life Limited.

• Conducts market research and price benchmarking to ensure competitive sourcing costs and identify alternate supply sources, reducing dependency on single vendors.

• Coordinates with Quality Assurance and Compliance teams to verify supplier certifications, product specifications and regulatory requirements before onboarding product items.

• Negotiates pricing, payment terms and contracts with suppliers in coordination with the Procurement & Supplier Management function.

• Works closely with Demand Planning, Warehouse and Sales teams to align sourcing timelines with replenishment schedules and seasonal/promotional requirements.

• Monitors supplier lead times, order fulfillment accuracy and product quality consistency, and drives corrective action where standards are not met.

• Explores and evaluates opportunities for new product sourcing in line with business expansion plans and category diversification.

• Maintains sourcing documentation, cost-comparison records and supplier agreements in accordance with Ultimate Organic Life Limited’s SOP and audit requirements.

• Reports sourcing performance, cost-saving initiatives and supplier risk assessments to the Head of Supply Chain & Warehouse on a periodic basis.
