- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear/Leather Engineering, Industrial & Production Engneering
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Strong understanding of BOM, MRP, inventory management, lead time, safety stock, and material planning.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle or similar will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and maintain MRP plans based on production schedules and material requirements.
Generate material requirements for production orders and ensure timely availability.
Monitor material stock, consumption, open purchase orders, and shortages.
Analyze BOM, inventory, lead time, safety stock, and production requirements.
Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers regarding critical material requirements.
Follow up on material delivery schedules and shortage recovery plans.
Coordinate with Production Planning and Warehouse teams to ensure production readiness.
Monitor material availability against production plans.
Identify excess, shortage, slow-moving, and critical materials.
Maintain accurate MRP data and generate management reports.
Support system/process improvement related to MRP and material planning.
