Responsibilities & Context:
Research, identify, evaluate and develop reliable local and international suppliers.
Source materials, products, equipment and services according to company requirements.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analysis for management approval.
Engineer will be preferable
E-gp expert both online and offline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, capacity, reliability, and delivery performance.
Prepare and review purchase orders, quotations, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when required.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Production, Design, Logistics, and other relevant departments.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of materials/products.
Monitor market trends, product availability, pricing, and supplier developments.
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop alternative sourcing strategies.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate supplier databases, sourcing records, quotations, and procurement reports.
Continuously identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Conduct supplier visits/audits when required.
