1. Lead and manage store, warehouse, and inventory operations at project sites.

2. Develop and implement effective systems for material receiving, storage, issuance, transfer, and reconciliation.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of ERP/software-based inventory systems.

4. Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum stock limits, slow-moving, obsolete, and critical materials.

5. Ensure proper documentation for GRN, MRN, material issue/return, stock transfer, and related transactions.

6. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical inventory with system records.

7. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Project, Commercial, Finance, Planning, and Construction teams.

8. Ensure proper storage, preservation, identification, and traceability of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.

9. Establish effective controls to minimise material loss, damage, wastage, and unauthorised usage.

10. Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, consumption analysis, and management dashboards.

11. Supervise and develop store personnel and ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and HSE requirements.

12. Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
