Proven experience in the construction of major bridges, flyovers, expressways, highways, or railway bridges.

Sound knowledge of bridge construction methodologies, structural engineering, reinforced/prestressed concrete, steel bridges, and quality control.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software such as AutoCAD (knowledge of MIDAS Civil, STAAD Pro, or similar software will be an advantage).

1. Plan, supervise, and execute bridge construction activities in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

2. Review structural drawings, design documents, and method statements.

3. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.

4. Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and resource utilisation.

5. Resolve technical issues and prepare engineering reports, progress updates, and documentation.

6. Ensure compliance with project schedules, contractual requirements, and applicable engineering codes.
