•      Diploma-in- Engineering /B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

•      3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/project planning and project controls.

•      Working knowledge of Primavera P6 Professional, with hands-on scheduling experience.

•      Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

•      Exposure to progress monitoring, schedule updating, and subcontractor coordination

•      Good analytical and problem-solving skills

•      Good communication and coordination ability

•      Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines

•      Attention to detail and a disciplined approach to schedule control

•      Willingness to learn and grow into higher planning responsibilities

•      Proactive approach to flagging project risks and delays to senior team members.



Responsibilities & Context:

•      Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6, under the direction of senior planning staff.

•      Update schedules based on actual site progress and help analyze planned versus actual performance.

•      Prepare 4-week and 1-month look-ahead schedules for review by the Senior Planning Engineer.

•      Track critical path, milestones, delays and schedule variances, and flag issues to senior planning staff in a timely manner.

•      Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and S-curves.

•      Monitor subcontractor schedules and physical progress, and report deviations.

•      Support delay analysis, EOT claims and schedule impact assessments as directed.

•      Coordinate with Construction, Engineering and Procurement teams to gather progress and schedule-related information.

•      Track quantities, resources and progress for forecasting and performance monitoring.
