Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

• Ensure proper execution of civil and finishing works in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers for the smooth execution of assigned works.

• Check and verify construction materials, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and alignment to ensure compliance with approved specifications.

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate with relevant teams for site execution.

• Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly updates, site issues, and deviations to the Project Engineer.

• Prepare work schedules, material requirements, quantity estimates, and progress reports.

• Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, equipment, and other site resources.

• Identify site-related technical issues and coordinate with the Superior for timely resolution.

• Maintain proper records of site activities, measurements, material consumption, inspections, and work progress.

• Maintain the Measurement Book (MB) and prepare and verify contractor and vendor bills.

• Ensure compliance with approved safety procedures, site safety requirements, and applicable building codes.

• Coordinate inspections and obtain approval for completed works before proceeding with subsequent construction activities.

• Monitor contractor performance and ensure that works are completed within the approved timeline and required quality standards.

• Perform any other site-related duties assigned by the Project Engineer or Management
