About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate .NET Engineer (API Developer) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance APIs for travel and airline-related systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable and secure REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and .NET 8.

• Develop and maintain flight-related services, including:

  • Flight Search

  • Pricing

  • Booking

  • Ticketing

  • Cancellation

  • Refund

  • Reissue

• Integrate with various travel industry platforms and suppliers, including:

  • GDS (Global Distribution Systems)

  • NDC APIs

  • Airline Direct Connect APIs

  • LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) APIs

  • Travel Aggregator APIs

• Optimize application performance through:

  • Asynchronous Processing

  • Retry Mechanisms

  • Circuit Breakers

  • Supplier Isolation Strategies

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

• Mentor and support junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in .NET development.

• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 8, and RESTful API development.

• Good understanding of microservices architecture and API integration.

• Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.

• Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD practices.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry.

• Hands-on experience with GDS, NDC, airline, or travel booking systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed

systems.
