  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong documentation and reporting skills.

  • Good understanding of project management, contract administration, tendering, and project documentation.

  • Technical knowledge of Engineering Survey, quantity measurement, and basic geotechnical investigation will be highly appreciated.

  • Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking a proactive B.Sc. Civil Engineering graduate with 0–2 years of experience to support project execution, tendering, contracts, and documentation. The role involves project progress monitoring, variation and billing support, and preparation of technical and contractual documents. The candidate will coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure effective project delivery and compliance.



Key Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and review technical documents received from the Business Development Department to support smooth project mobilization and commencement.

  • Support the preparation and submission of technical tender documents, bid proposals, e-GP submissions, and regulatory compliance documentation.

  • Assist the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader in preparing contracts, sub-agreements, variation proposals, replacement proposals, and other contractual documents.

  • Review contractual requirements and obligations to identify, assess, and resolve contractual and project-related issues effectively.

  • Prepare monthly Project Progress Reports and review project financial performance, costs, billing status, and overall financial position.

  • Support project delivery and resource coordination by liaising with site teams, monitoring progress, processing variations, and maintaining updated project records.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure effective communication, proper documentation, and compliance with project requirements.
