Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be preferred.
Ability to prepare and review Estimate, BOQ and work schedules.
Good understanding of architectural, structural, plumbing & electrical drawings.
Responsibilities & Context:
Construction, supervision & quality control.
Capacity to understand & explain architectural, structural, plumbing & electrical drawings.
Strong communication and team leading.
Coordination with labour contractors and suppliers.
Capacity to understand & execute work schedule, skill to manage delay.
Capacity to prepare Estimate & BoQ.
Good at reporting (daily, weekly & monthly work progress).
Maintain safety protocol, code & compliance at site.
