• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

• Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST or other reputed private universities will be given preference

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 32 to 38 years

• 8-10years’ experience required in relevant field

• Excellent communication skills

• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

• Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Department: Engineering Design & BOQ
Job Responsibilities

• Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Ensure structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and provide support for budgeting and procurement.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, design standards, project specifications, and QA/QC requirements.

• Identify structural issues at site and provide appropriate engineering solutions.

• Prepare detailed structural Working drawings, calculations and specifications.

• Capable of making CAD design according to the management requirement for Projects.

• Perform structural analysis and design of building and other civil/structural components in accordance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements.

• Prepare, modify and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

• Prepare detailed design calculations, structural drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical reports as required.

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP professionals, project teams, consultants and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review structural drawings and design documents for accuracy, constructability, compliance and technical integrity.

• Identify potential design risks, discrepancies and technical challenges and recommend effective engineering solutions.
