Responsibilities & Context:
• Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Update schedules based on actual site progress and analyze planned versus actual performance.
• Prepare 4-week and 1-month look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Monitor critical path, milestones, delays, risks and schedule variances.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves and management presentations.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and physical progress.
• Support delay analysis, EOT claims and schedule impact assessments.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Procurement,
• Track quantities, resources and progress for forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EV, PV, AC, SPI, CPI) where required.
