• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architectural Design, Architectural Drawing & Graphics
• Diploma in Architecture in Architectural Design, Architectural Drawing & Graphics
• Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Strong command of *AutoCAD* is essential.
• Basic knowledge of *SketchUp / Lumion / Revit / 3D Visualization* will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Ability to understand instructions and deliver work within deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Must be sincere, responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.

• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings.

• Prepare and modify drawings using *AutoCAD*.

• Assist in architectural design, space planning and project documentation.

• Prepare detailed drawings according to project requirements and instructions from senior management/architects.

• Assist in preparing 2D drawings and basic 3D models/visualizations.

• Coordinate drawings with structural and other technical requirements.

• Review and revise drawings based on project requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing files.

• Support the project team in day-to-day architectural and technical tasks.
