Experience:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/ Bachelor of Science any discipline from a recognized university.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered for experienced candidates.

• Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and civil engineering drawings.

• Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.

Experience:

• Minimum 01-03 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.

• Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Job Location: Head office

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and project monitoring.

• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates and rate analysis.

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, technical reports, site records, and correspondence.

• Perform any other technical duties assigned by the management.
