Experience:

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• IEB Membership/Registration (Mandatory).

• Training or certification in Electrical Power Systems, Industrial Electrical Design, Energy Management, or Project Management will be preferred.

• Knowledge of BNBC, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and Bangladesh Electrical Rules.Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant electrical design software.

• Experience in Industrial Buildings, Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, and Infrastructure Development Projects.

• Familiarity with Invest Bangladesh regulatory requirements, utility coordination, and building permit approval processes.

• Experience in substation design, power distribution systems, backup power systems, and electrical safety systems.

• Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, and Life Safety Systems.Strong technical report writing, project coordination, and client management skills.

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Lead the design and review of electrical systems for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, utility facilities, and infrastructure projects.

2. Prepare and review electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams (SLDs), power distribution systems, lighting layouts, earthing systems, and lightning protection systems.

3. Design and evaluate substations, transformers, generators, HT/LT distribution networks, and backup power systems.

4. Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, architectural, and fire safety teams to ensure integrated project delivery.

5. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering reports.

6. Ensure compliance with BNBC, Invest Bangladesh regulations, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and other applicable standards.

7. Support building permit approval processes and coordinate with relevant authorities and utility service providers.

8. Review consultant, contractor, and vendor submissions and provide technical recommendations.

9. Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and construction supervision when required.

10. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
