Experience:

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• IEB Membership/Registration (Mandatory).B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.

• Training or certification in HVAC Design, Fire Protection Systems, Industrial Utility Systems, or Project Management will be preferred.

• Knowledge of BNBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IPC, and other relevant local and international standards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant mechanical design software.

• Experience in Industrial Buildings, Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, and Infrastructure Development Projects.

• Familiarity with Invest Bangladesh regulatory requirements, utility coordination, and building permit approval processes.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Water Supply, Drainage, and Industrial Utility Systems.

• Strong technical report writing, project coordination, and client management skills.

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Lead the design and review of mechanical systems for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, utility facilities, and infrastructure projects.

2. Prepare and review HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, compressed air, fuel gas, water supply, drainage, and utility system designs.

3. Develop detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, calculations, and engineering reports.

4. Ensure compliance with BNBC, NFPA, Invest Bangladesh regulations, and other applicable local and international standards.

5. Support master planning, feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, and building permit approval processes.

6. Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, architectural, environmental, and fire safety teams for integrated project delivery.

7. Review consultant, contractor, and vendor submissions and provide technical recommendations.

8. Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and construction supervision when required.

9. Support authority approvals and utility coordination activities related to mechanical and fire protection systems.

10. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

11. Participate in client meetings, project planning, quality assurance, and project management activities.

12. Ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs while maintaining technical quality and regulatory compliance.
