Expected Deliverables
- Technical reports, research summaries, and feasibility study inputs.
- Tender proposals, EOI/RFP submissions, and business development documents.
- Master plan inputs, GIS maps, and planning drawings. BOQs, preliminary cost estimates, and quantity schedules.
- Project documentation, presentations, and progress updates.
Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Report & Proposal Preparation
- Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, project concept notes, and engineering consultancy proposals.
- Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for tenders and other engineering development opportunities.
- Conduct technical research, literature reviews, and data analysis to support consultancy assignments.
- Prepare professional presentations, project profiles, and supporting documentation.
Planning & Master Plan Development
- Assist in developing industrial, infrastructure, and urban master plans.
- Support land-use planning, spatial analysis, site planning, and infrastructure planning.
- Prepare planning layouts, land-use schedules, maps, and graphical representations.
Engineering Documentation & BOQ
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), preliminary cost estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Review engineering drawings, project specifications, and technical documents.
- Maintain project documentation, technical databases, and progress reports.
GIS & Technical Software
- Utilize GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS for spatial analysis, mapping, and planning.
- Work with AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for technical drawings, calculations, reports, and presentations.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, SketchUp, or other relevant planning software will be an advantage.

Salary will be reviewed annually, and any revision will be determined by your performance and the growth of the organization, subject to Management approval. The bonus and leave related issues will be followed the organizational policy.
