Fire Fighting System

• Design and draft fire protection and fire detection systems in accordance with NFPA, BNBC, local fire authority requirements, and project specifications.

• Prepare hydraulic calculations for sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, fire pumps, hydrant networks, hose reel systems, and water storage requirements.

• Develop fire protection layouts, riser diagrams, schematic drawings, equipment schedules, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical specifications, and tender documentation for fire protection systems.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper integration of fire protection systems within the building design.

• Expertise in BNBC 2020 and RSC Standards, including code compliance, MEP design requirements, fire & life safety requirements.

• Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages of projects.

• Assist in fire risk assessment studies and recommend appropriate fire protection solutions.

• Ensure all fire protection designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

HVAC System

• Design HVAC systems for commercial, residential, industrial, hospital and institutional projects.

• Perform Cooling Load, Heating Load, Fresh Air and Ventilation calculations.

• Design and size HVAC ducting, chilled water piping and ventilation systems.

• Prepare HVAC Design Drawings, Layouts, Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.

• Select HVAC equipment such as Chiller, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Package AC and Exhaust Fans.

• Prepare equipment schedules, technical specifications, BOQ and quantity take-off.

• Coordinate HVAC design with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Architectural and Structural systems.

• Review contractor/shop drawings and provide technical comments.

• Conduct site visits and support installation, testing and commissioning activities.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.

• Ensure designs comply with BNBC, ASHRAE, NFPA and relevant international standards.

• Identify design conflicts and provide practical engineering solutions.

Plumbing System:

• Perform design calculations and system sizing for water supply, drainage, stormwater systems in accordance with IPC and local codes.

• Develop detailed plumbing system designs, including pipe routing, pumping systems, sanitary fixtures AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Prepare design documents, BOQs, specifications, and technical reports for projects.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Review vendor drawings, specifications, and equipment submittals for compliance with project requirements and standards.

• Support tendering and bidding processes by providing technical inputs, clarifications, and cost evaluations.

• Conduct site visits for design validation, installation supervision, testing, and troubleshooting as required.

• Ensure designs meet water conservation, sustainability, cost-effectiveness, environmental, and safety standards.

• Prepare as-built drawings, material take-offs, and BOQ reports.

• Stay updated with the latest plumbing technologies, codes, and materials for continuous improvement.
