• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms

• Perform HVAC load calculations, system sizing and equipment selection in accordance with requirements and code standards (ASHRAE, NEPA, local codes)

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs including ducting, piping and equipment layout using AutoCAD/ Revit Or similar design tools.

• Prepare design documents BOQ specifications and technical report form projects.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers and other stakeholder to ensure integrated Design solutions.

• Review vendor drawing, specifications, equipment submittals for compliance with design and project standers.

• Support tendering and bidding processes by providing technical inputs and clarifications.

• Conduct site visits for design validation, installation supervision and troubleshooting as required.

• Ensure energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance with environmental and safety standards.

• Prepare as-built drawings material takes-offs, and BOQ reports.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies for continuous improvement.
