• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

• Age 38 to 55 years
• Only Male

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Textile/Spinning/Dyeing/Knitting industry, including significant experience in a managerial role.·      

• Good communication and coordination abilities.·      

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

1. Lead overall Maintenance & Utility activities of the textile factory.

2. Ensure preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery and equipment.

3. Ensure smooth operation of Generator, Boiler, Compressor, Chiller, Pump and other utility systems.

4. Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

5. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs and maintenance plans.

6. Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

7. Ensure adequate spare parts, maintenance records and technical documentation.

8. Lead, supervise and develop the Maintenance & Utility team.

9. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS and Compliance teams for uninterrupted production.

10. Ensure safety, environmental and statutory compliance.

11. Prepare maintenance budgets, KPI reports and CAPEX proposals.

12. Handle machine installation, commissioning, modification and improvement projects.
