Responsibilities & Context:
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Labour Contractor/Supervisor in civil construction projects.
Candidates with experience in Bridge Construction, LGED (Local Government Engineering Department) projects, and CALVAT/culvert construction will be preferred.
Must have practical experience in labour management, manpower mobilization, work allocation, attendance, and productivity control.
Experience in handling labour teams for earthwork, RCC, concrete, brickwork, shuttering, reinforcement, road and bridge-related civil works.
Good knowledge of construction site safety, work quality, and project deadlines.
Experience working with government/contractor projects, particularly LGED projects, will be an added advantage.
