Scope of Work:
- Collaborate with architects and the design team to develop structural strategies aligned with design intent
- Prepare structural calculations, analysis, and drawings for assigned projects
- Optimize designs for material efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and constructability
- Review structural analysis and drawings from external consultants to maintain design intent
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and site teams as required
- Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation
- Explore and propose alternative structural systems, materials, and detailing approaches
- Stay engaged with evolving construction techniques, materials, and technologies
Educational and Professional Criteria:
- BSC in Civil Engineering
- 02 year of professional experience
- Familiarity with structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar; AutoCAD;
Sketchup)
- Working knowledge of local building codes and construction practices
- Exposure to International standards, codes and construction techniques
