Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture
• Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference

• 3 – 6 years of progressive experience in civil construction/project management.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects from commencement to final handover.

• Experience in infrastructure, commercial, industrial, building or real-estate projects will be preferred.

• Age 28 to 45 years

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, from site mobilization and commencement through completion and final handover.

• Direct project planning, construction activities and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and contractual obligations.

• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective site execution and issue resolution.

• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, materials and manpower, taking corrective measures to control delays, wastage and cost overruns.

• Review and ensure proper completion of testing, inspections, snag rectification, as-built documentation and other handover requirements.

• Lead the final project handover and closure, ensuring complete physical, technical and documentary handover to the client/management.
