Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Minimum Bachelor’s of Architecture (B. Arch) from any reputed university (Diploma in Interior Design can be considered if experienced in furniture design)

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 28 years

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field

• Prepare detailed working drawings and realistic 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant software.

• Proven experience as a furniture and interiors designer for varied spaces.

• Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and other design visualization tools.

• Experience in presenting furniture and interior design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of ergonomics, furniture trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques.

• Familiarity with architectural standards, sustainable design principles, and innovative detailing.

• Ability to interpret and prepare technical documents related to interior and furniture design.

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple design projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong design portfolio showcasing interior and furniture designs, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings (tech packs).

• Willingness to travel to project or manufacturing sites and dedicate extended hours when required.

• Proactively identify design challenges and propose effective, timely solutions.

At BYSL Global Technology Group, we are seeking a Senior Designer (Furniture and Interior). The ideal candidate should be proficient in industrial engineering and experienced in furniture design. Your role will involve interpreting design and development intent from initial sketches to manufacturable specifications. Your ability to manage multiple projects and your keen attention to detail will be crucial for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:

• Design, drafting, 3D modeling, and visualization focused on furniture and interior architectural elements.

• Design exclusive furniture, interior, and architecture elements along with project supervision.

• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing, including materials, dimensions, and construction methods.

• Implement engineering principles to ensure the structural integrity, stability, and durability of designs.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for customized furniture and space planning.

• Create realistic 3D modeling and rendering of furniture layouts and interior elements.

• Develop concepts for furniture pieces used in residential, retail, commercial, and office environments.

• Ensure strategic design thinking that meets quality, cost, time, safety, and sustainability standards.

• Oversee full design implementation to ensure high-quality results.

• Liaise with architects, designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure project success.
