Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.

• Additional training in Electrical Safety, Testing & Commissioning, Project Management, or Electrical Standards will be considered an advantage.

• 2 to 4 years

• Age 24 to 35 years

• Experience in electrical site engineering and project execution.

• Hands-on experience in HV/MV/LV electrical installation works.

• Experience in cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning activities.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and specifications.

• Experience in contractor coordination and site supervision.

• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and EHS compliance requirements.

• Strong documentation and reporting skills for project execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting tools.

• Familiarity with ERP or project management software will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to work at project sites.

Confidence Infrastructure Limited is looking for a motivated Executive – Project Engineer (Electrical) to support electrical execution activities for its Landport EPC Project.

The role is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation works at the project site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules. The position will work closely with contractors, consultants, procurement, stores, and project teams to ensure quality execution, timely material availability, testing & commissioning, and proper project documentation.

Electrical Project Execution:

• Supervise HV, MV, and LV electrical installation works according to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.

• Review electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), specifications, and method statements before execution.

• Coordinate contractors and site teams to ensure timely, safe, and quality work execution.

• Supervise installation of transformers, switchgear, panels, cables, earthing systems, lighting systems, PV systems, and inverters.

• Monitor cable laying, termination, testing, commissioning, and energization activities.

Site Supervision & Quality Control:

• Monitor daily work progress and prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and project standards.

• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues, defects, and non-conformities.

• Maintain site records, measurement sheets, testing reports, as-built drawings, and commissioning documentation.

Coordination & Compliance:

• Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure timely availability of electrical materials.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams regarding technical execution requirements.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, EHS requirements, and company policies.

• Support snag clearance, final inspections, testing documentation, and project handover activities.
